Image award!

I recently joined the Society of Wedding and Portrait photographers (SWPP) and was delighted to receive an award for the image below in their monthly competition, which invites entries from many different aspects of photography. The picture from Kate and Jame’s wedding in Putney in June was entered into the wedding photojournalism section and won a silver award which is defined as ‘Above standard. These images will be reviewed every three months and have the potential of being reclassified as Gold.’ While it’s not the Pullitzer prize, I am very proud of receiving recognition from the Society!
